The seventh edition of CO2 Expo, the International Fair on climate changes, CO2 reduction, and the carbon credit market, was very successful. CO2 Expo took place from14 to 16 September 2011 at the Fiera di Roma, within ZeroEmission Rome 2011, the show dedicated to renewable energies, environmental sustainability, the fight against climate change, and emission trading, that was held over an exhibition area of 45,000 square meters, and registered a record number of visitors: 30.400.
The most important event of the year for those involved in the Kyoto Protocol and EU Emission Trading Scheme was a great opportunity to face themes of fundamental importance for the future of the planet. Thanks to 15 conference sessions organized throughout the three days of the show, qualified delegates from politics, institutions, associations, industry, and research, spoke about the future of our climate and the possibilities of efficiently dealing with the problems due to the disturbing levels of CO2.
The next edition of CO2 Expo will take place from 5 to 7 September 2012 at the Fiera di Roma, once again within Zeroemission Rome 2012.
